Our easy-to-follow website makes light work of finding the service which suits you best. Take a look at the Services page to find your repair, then select which model of iPhone you have. The price and any other relevant information is displayed – and the price you see is the price you pay. This includes fitting, return delivery and VAT!

Make sure to check the description for your particular model of iPhone - as it sometimes differs slightly between models. The relevant description will fade to appear when you select your model. If you're not sure which model of iPhone you have - you can find out here.

Sending payment couldn’t be easier, too! We use PayPal, which is totally secure and reliable. All payments are handled by their dedicated servers, meaning you’re in safe hands. You don’t need a PayPal account, and none of your card or financial details are stored by us.

Send your iPhone to our service centre

Make sure you print off and fill in the form on the page that you’re directed back to from PayPal. As soon as possible after payment, just pop your iPhone in the post, along with the form you filled in, and we can get it repaired for you straight away.

Remember to make sure it’s well packaged and protected during transit (click here for more info). Please use the secure PO BOX address given on the form you filled in. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery (currently £6.35 for under 500 grams) to get your iPhone to us. This service is guaranteed next day (before 1pm) and fully insured up to the value of £500. A tracking number is provided so you can keep tabs on the location of your iPhone throughout the delivery process.

A good idea is wrap the iPhone in a few layers of bubble wrap, and place it inside a small cardboard box. If you can't get hold of a box, cut up some cardboard and put "plates" on the front and back of the iPhone (that's wrapped in bubble wrap), holding them in place with sticky tape - which can then be wrapped up more if you wish. Then place it all inside a padded envelope. Make sure you include your sender's address on the back of the package!

We check that the iPhone is indeed repairable based on the repair option you have selected. The fully trained technician un-packages your iPhone in preparation for the repair, taking the utmost care in handling your beloved possession.

Using the most professional repair methods in the industry, the necessary parts on your iPhone are replaced. The device is then tested (subject to accessibility) to ensure it is back to full working condition, before being re-packaged ready for sending back to you.

Your iPhone is sent back to you

We send your iPhone back to the address attached to your PayPal account. We have tested many different types of packaging, and found the best type for sending iPhones. It includes a thick cardboard box, bubble wrap and a padded envelope. We always use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your device. No expense is spared on making sure your iPhone is fully protected on its way back to you!

If you would like us to send your iPhone back to a different address to that on your PayPal account, please clearly write the new address in the additional information section on the repair form.
